There is no way to download Windows Update KBs manually and add them to Windows 10 ISO file so that all of them get installed with windows installation. However, once you have all Windows Update installed on your computer and everything is in order, you may take a system image. With that system Image you can restore your computer up to all those updates every time after you format your hard drive. Only newer updates will be required to be updated.
