Otherwise you will may not be able to boot from the new cloned drive , as Acronis True Image will apply a bootability fix to the new disk and adjust the boot settings of the target drive to boot from USB.

I would suggest that you update your Intel Storage Controller driver to the latest available from Dell in your Windows installation. With that done when you build the USB media that process should bring with it the driver for the Intel controller which in turn will allow all drives to be recognized. Using VSS Doctor. I can not believe I have to trash a brand new Drive. LOL I only used it once to format and resize and that was the last of it.
